In January, I attended the very first ‘Masters of Influence’ course, hosted by Performance Partnerships and led by Dr. David Shephard.
David is a Master Trainer in NLP, Hypnosis and Time-Line Therapy.
As well as leading training through Performance Partnerships, David and his business partner James Mallinson also run ‘Fix My Mind’ which focuses on offering 2-hour Breakthrough sessions for a number of very common issues.
After the 3-day course, David agreed to speak with me both about this course and about the value that a Breakthrough session can have at an early stage of the Coaching relationship.
